The small island of Nusa Lembongan is located just north west of Nusa Penida of the south east coast of Bali and is often the base for divers diving Penida. Lembongan has some excellent dive sites of it's own however, many of which also have raging currents and which attract big fish visitors. The best months to dive here are April to October.

Eagle rays can be seen at Blue Corner

The Ceningan channel between the two islands has a very fast flow of water through it and can only be dived at certain times. Ceningan Wall is visited by schools of barracuda, tuna and trevally and is an awesome dive for experienced divers.

Blue Corner is a rollercoaster ride of a dive as the current whips you around the corner to a vertical wall at 30m. This dive site is a good place to see sharks, eagle rays and Napoleon wrasse. This is also one of the best places to see mola mola in season.

Mangrove is a more sedate dive, just a gentle drift where smaller marine life can be enjoyed. It is named after the mangrove trees that line the shore here.

Lembongan Bay is also a pleasant, shallow dive for less experienced divers. It is also a good night dive and snorkelling spot.
